Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, the Team Sales Representative (TSR) supports order and delivery interaction between customers via telephone, email and Gordon Food Service Connect online for the sales district. This position seeks growth opportunities in existing and potential customers with knowledge and professionalism, and strengthens customer relationships by representing Gordon Food Service products and services for assigned territory and accounts. Contributing towards the business growth strategies, this position manages customer relationships, drives profitability, and customer service.
We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to provide sales support to the district sales team.
This fast-paced position works closely with the district's sales team and District Sales Manager. Additional responsibilities include promoting and utilizing e-Commerce technologies as well as analyzing growth and margin opportunities using Standard National Reporting. Introductory face-to-face visits with customers are required.
