    Night Warehouse Administrator : Calgary, Alberta


    Shift: Night shift (Start and end times may vary depending on business needs) - FULL TIME

    Shifts to be determined which may include Saturday. Number of deliveries will vary depending on business needs. 



    The position of Warehouse Night Administrator will be responsible for closing routes, completing invoices, credits entry. Role also includes identifying customer audits, separating labels, and WMS use on a daily basis. Also includes answering phone for drivers’ issues and helping problem solve issues. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of daily, weekly and monthly reporting and administrative activities supporting the various functions of the warehouse.  In addition, the successful candidate will be required to do some data entry, stand & walk and be able to work a night shift role.



    • Printing and closing routes using WMS and Genysis
    • Provide support on administration tasks as needed for department supervisors.
    • Operations database updates and maintenance as required
    • Prepare a variety of memos, forms, letters, and reports as required
    • Source and order office supplies as required
    • Sorting label workloads
    • Identify and pull customer audits
    • Daily Credit process and entry
    • Create and distribute other reports as required
    • Office admin duties and answering phone calls
    • While performing the responsibilities of this job, some lifting and manual work is required.
    • All other duties as required


    • Minimum 2 years data entry
    • Excellent organization skills and time management in dealing with multiple projects and deadlines
    • Strong communication and customer service skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to quickly learn new or changing software applications is a requirement
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) is an asset
    • Problem solving abilities that require use of ingenuity and innovation
    • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
    • A high school diploma is preferred 


    • Must be able to work in a variety of weather and temperature ranges (including being able to safely operate the equipment during poor road  and driving conditions)
    • Must be able to handle all types of food products including fresh: seafood, beef, pork, produce, nuts, spices, milk, eggs, etc.
    • Steel toe (CSA approved) footwear is required at all times.
