    CAREER OPPORTUNITY – Customer Care Representative


    POSITION: Customer Care Representative


    LOCATION: Milton


    DEPARTMENT: Customer Care     Shift:  Sunday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm


    REPORTS TO: Customer Care Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop a base of product knowledge
    • Order entry
    • Incoming and outgoing customer calls, sales calls and general inquiries
    • Assist customers with inquiries and with sourcing products
    • Attend and participate in Customer Care meetings as required
    • Communicate with Multi Unit Sales Team and other internal customers



    • Foodservice experience and product knowledge is an asset
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Team player
    • High level of accuracy while working under specific deadlines
    • Strong P.C. Skills, Excel being an asset
    • High level of multi-tasking and organizational skills
